El concepte de soledat recollit en els protocols d&#8217;envelliment actiu (envelliment saludable) no &eacute;s el mateix que no tenir ning&uacute; al costat.<\/p>\n<p>Avui anem a veure <strong>el problema dels ancians en solitud en una societat com la nostra<\/strong>, com afecta negativament la seva salut i, per suposat, solucions per a la soledat en l&#8217;anci&agrave;, adaptades al seu estat f&iacute;sic i mental.<\/p>\n<p>En molts casos, combatre aquest problema requereix de temps per part dels cuidadors en hores en qu&egrave; han d&#8217;estar a la feina. Per a aquests casos, i per a tot el que necessitis, recorda que pots recolzar-te en els serveis d&#8217;ajuda domicili&agrave;ria que prestem a Instituci&oacute; Ibars.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Com afecta la soledat als ancians<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\nEntenguem per aquest tipus de<strong> soledat la no desitjada en persones grans,<\/strong> que &eacute;s aquella que es produeix per la p&egrave;rdua d&#8217; una persona o l&#8217; abandonament de les activitats quotidianes. Fills que deixen de fer visites sovint, la mort del c&ograve;njuge o una malaltia que limita en gran mesura la vida social.<\/p>\n<p>Quan s&#8217; esdevenen situacions que impedeixen la interacci&oacute; amb &eacute;ssers estimats o amb persones amb les quals es comparteix alguna cosa, i se sap que aquesta situaci&oacute; ser&agrave; per sempre, la persona gran pot entrar en els que alguns descriuen com <strong>&nbsp;a s&iacute;ndrome de soledat:<\/strong> estat psicol&ograve;gic que succeeix a conseq&uuml;&egrave;ncia de <strong>p&egrave;rdues en el sistema de suport individual,&nbsp; disminuci&oacute; de la participaci&oacute; de les activitats dins de la societat a la qual pertany i sensaci&oacute; de frac&agrave;s en la seva vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amb independ&egrave;ncia de si una persona gran es troba en aquest estat psicol&ograve;gic o no, la soledat no desitjada afecta la salut de diverses maneres:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Es dispara el risc de patir depressi&oacute; nerviosa i qualsevol dem&egrave;ncia incipient avan&ccedil;ar&agrave; molt m&eacute;s r&agrave;pid.<\/strong> De fet, es creu que la soledat &mdash;real o quan consisteix a no sentir-se compr&egrave;s per l&#8217;entorn o el cuidador&mdash; &eacute;s un dels factors que augmenten les probabilitats de desenvolupar una dem&egrave;ncia senil.<\/li>\n<li>La persona gran pot anar experimentant una <strong>minva important en les habilitats cognitives implicades en la comunicaci&oacute; i la socialitzaci&oacute;,<\/strong> especialment en la parla.<\/li>\n<li><strong>En viure sols, s&oacute;n molts els ancians que mengen qualsevol cosa per no cuinar<\/strong> perqu&egrave;, &#8220;per a qu&egrave;?&#8221;. Qualsevol cosa sol ser llet amb pa i galetes o iogurts. Amb el pas dels mesos, apareixen les an&egrave;mies i altres estats. Aquest punt t&eacute; una soluci&oacute; tan senzilla com la planificaci&oacute; de men&uacute;s per part d&#8217; un familiar o d&#8217; un cuidador que acudeixi al domicili. Es pot cuinar per a diversos dies i guardar les racions congelades, de manera que nom&eacute;s calgui utilitzar el microones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quan els m&eacute;s grans perden la fam o se&#8217;ls van atrofiant el gust i l&#8217;olfacte<\/strong>, &eacute;s millor que mengin acompanyats i esfor&ccedil;ar-nos una mica en la varietat de sabors i en la presentaci&oacute;. Valora utilitzar herbes arom&agrave;tiques o esp&egrave;cies que no irritin l&#8217; aparell digestiu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La falta de vida social els porta al sedentarisme i a les seves conseq&uuml;&egrave;ncies en la tercera edat:<\/strong> augment de pes, p&egrave;rdua de massa muscular i de flexibilitat. &#8220;Avui no surto perqu&egrave; no m&#8217;atura&#8221;, dies rere dia, porta tamb&eacute; a deixar d&#8217;ocupar-se d&#8217;aspectes essencials com vestir-se o asseure&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Solucions per a la soledat en gent gran<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Brindar companyia de qualitat<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nDe res serveix passar unes hores al dia amb un anci&agrave; si se sent ignorat. Per a la seva salut, &eacute;s molt m&eacute;s important que hi hagi, tal vegada, menys hores, per&ograve; de qualitat.<\/p>\n<p>Deixa que et compti les seves <em>batalletes<\/em> de joventut, qu&egrave; el preocupa sobre el que veu o escolta a les not&iacute;cies o, sense m&eacute;s, pregunti que opina sobre aquest assumpte o aquell, i <strong>escolta activament.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Crear una rutina variada, amb temps per a diverses activitats i per descansar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nQuan es jubilen, hi ha persones que es deterioren r&agrave;pidament perqu&egrave; cauen en una depressi&oacute;, m&eacute;s o menys greu, i pel pas brusc d&#8217;una vida activa a una altra que sembla esquerdar-li que <em>ja no serveix per a res<\/em>. &Eacute;s un problema social, no ho vam negar, per&ograve; s&#8217;evita amb el comprom&iacute;s de l&#8217;entorn proper: fam&iacute;lia, amics, ve&iuml;ns, fins i tot cuidadors que ajuden al domicili.<\/p>\n<p>Necessiten tenir un <strong>horari ple d&#8217;activitats, <\/strong>des de fer esport o viatjar a d&#8217;altres, com simplement donar un passeig, anar al parc o a prendre alguna cosa.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest horari ha de permetre exercitar el cos i la ment, amb activitats d&#8217; estimulaci&oacute; cognitiva, per&ograve; tamb&eacute; descansar, relaxar-se, o gaudir de coses senzilles, com poden ser contemplar un bell vespre o veure com aquests arbres van canviant amb el transcurs de les estacions. <strong>Cada persona sap b&eacute; qu&egrave; &eacute;s aix&ograve; que li proporciona pau, i hauria d&#8217;apar&egrave;ixer en l&#8217;horari setmanal,<\/strong> encara que no impliqui realitzar cap activitat com a tal.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tenir cura de la higiene de son i la dieta<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nNo tenen relaci&oacute; directa amb la soledat, per&ograve; s&iacute; amb la salut. I, en estar m&eacute;s sans f&iacute;sicament i mentalment, ens agrada fer coses. Aix&ograve; passa tamb&eacute; amb la gent gran.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Animar la persona gran a provar coses noves<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nDurant la tercera edat &eacute;s <strong>important estimular el cervell,<\/strong> tot i que aix&ograve; no suposa posar-se a omplir quaderns d&#8217;exercicis. El cervell s&#8217;estimula quan fa coses noves, com canviar la ruta habitual o anar a un lloc nou, aprendre un idioma (mai &eacute;s tard) o una manualitat que sempre ens ha cridat l&#8217;atenci&oacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha una excepci&oacute;: si la persona t&eacute; Alzheimer o alguna altra malaltia degenerativa on els canvis puguin ser causa d&#8217;estr&egrave;s o confusi&oacute;, &eacute;s millor seguir una rutina m&eacute;s senzilla i sense sorpreses, en la mesura del possible.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>soledat en ancians<\/strong> afecta de manera important la seva salut, per mal. Parlem de soledat no desitjada, per&ograve; tamb&eacute; de la manca d&#8217;interacci&oacute; amb altres individus, i tant de solitud real com de la percebuda. Prop del 20 % dels majors de 65 anys residents a Espanya reconeixen sentir-se sols, tot i que alguns viuen amb les seves fam&iacute;lies.<\/p>\n<p>Les solucions per a la soledat en l&#8217;anci&agrave; poden basar-se en una guia com la que t&#8217;hem suggerit avui, per&ograve; mai has de perdre de vista els gustos i inquietuds de la persona a qui vas cuidar.
