Una minva notable i r&agrave;pida en el l&egrave;xic d&#8217;una persona gran hauria de ser motiu de consulta amb el neur&ograve;leg. Tu nom&eacute;s has de revisar si aquests <em>sudokus <\/em>s&#8217;han resolt correctament en cas que la persona gran no sigui capa&ccedil; de veure-ho clar i, per favor, revisa que siguin dels que sempre deixen almenys una pista l&ograve;gica per continuar.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Recordar hist&ograve;ries o a qui hem vist durant el passeig<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nP&iacute;dele a la persona a la teva cura que et repeteixi una hist&ograve;ria antiga, per&ograve; que tu coneguis b&eacute; i at&eacute;n a com narra els fets i a si canvia detalls.<\/p>\n<p>Per <strong>estimular la mem&ograve;ria a curt i mitj&agrave; termini<\/strong>, la primera que se sol veure afectada amb l&#8217;edat, en lloc d&#8217;hist&ograve;ries llunyanes en el temps &eacute;s millor que intenti <strong>repassar qu&egrave; hav&iacute;eu fet durant el dia<\/strong>, per on hav&iacute;eu donat el passeig diari (ajuda modificar una mica la ruta cada cert temps) o a quines persones conegudes hav&iacute;eu vist i saludat fa escasses hores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Existeixen <strong>exercicis d<\/strong><strong>e mem&ograve;ria per a gent gran amb danys neurol&ograve;gics<\/strong> i per a avis que es troben perfectament.
