I qu&egrave; passa amb les prote&iuml;nes?<\/p>\n<p>Gaireb&eacute; tota <strong>la poblaci&oacute; gran t&eacute; una manca de prote&iuml;nes en la seva dieta,<\/strong> que est&agrave; restant la massa muscular i l&#8217;energia. Aix&ograve; condueix a la inactivitat i estem davant d&#8217;un cicle vici&oacute;s.
