El dr&agrave;stic canvi de tenir una feina, que ja pot ser excessiva amb certes xacres, a no fer res pot ser molt perjudicial. De fet, la manca d&#8217;activitat f&iacute;sica, mental i social en els nostres majors disminueix significativament la seva qualitat de vida, sent l&#8217;exemple de la persona que en jubilar-se no troba com omplir el seu temps el cas m&eacute;s dr&agrave;stic.<\/p>\n<p>Vem a veure una s&egrave;rie <strong>d&#8217;activitats per<\/strong> a la gent gran que gran part de la poblaci&oacute; d&#8217;edat avan&ccedil;ada pot fer. Parlarem d&#8217;activitats motores, per&ograve; tamb&eacute; d&#8217;exercicis i activitats de gimn&agrave;stica mental relacionades <strong>amb<\/strong> la gent gran i les integrarem en un grup social divers perqu&egrave;, si b&eacute; &eacute;s cert que &eacute;s aconsellable tenir relacions socials amb persones de la mateixa generaci&oacute; al llarg de la vida, pentinar el cabell gris no &eacute;s motiu per renunciar a una vida social plena.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Activitats f&iacute;siques per a gent gran<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Caminar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nSempre que sigui possible, &eacute;s bo fer una passejada curta fins i tot pel barri, i si el vell no pot caminar, anem a prendre els carrers en cadira de rodes els dies que el temps acompanya, perqu&egrave; aquest passeig segueix sent un est&iacute;mul per a la ment i una oportunitat per con&egrave;ixer ve&iuml;ns i coneguts.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Taitx&iacute; ioga<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nA &Agrave;sia, l&#8217;activitat f&iacute;sica es mant&eacute; al llarg de la vida, adaptant els nivells de dificultat. El tai-txi i el ioga s&oacute;n dues disciplines que es poden trobar adaptades per a la gent gran.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dansa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nSi pots i t&#8217;agrada, per qu&egrave; no tenir algunes danses del g&egrave;nere musical favorit o una de nova? Aprendre un nou pas de ball com els fonaments de la bachata o el swing pot ser un petit repte i una oportunitat per compartir rialles si et reuneixes uns quants m&eacute;s grans amb sentit de l&#8217;humor.\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Activitats d&#8217;oci i entreteniment per a gent gran<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Anar a menjar en un restaurant amb la fam&iacute;lia o amics<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nNo importa el lloc o el preu, un petit restaurant de barri i la carta del dia s&oacute;n suficients. L&#8217;important &eacute;s amb qui es comparteix aquesta rutina setmanal o quinzenal. Si vost&egrave; est&agrave; preocupat pel viatge a les instal&middot;lacions, pot acostar-se a ella o sol&middot;licitar els <a href=\"https:\/\/www.institucioibars.com\/\">serveis d&#8217;un assistent d&#8217;ajuda a<\/a> domicili per realitzar l&#8217;acompanyament en el cam&iacute; i en la devoluci&oacute; per a vost&egrave;.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Visites de nebots i n&eacute;ts<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nVeure la fam&iacute;lia &eacute;s un dels millors est&iacute;muls que poden rebre les persones grans. Es poden organitzar activitats com veure pel&middot;l&iacute;cules, fotos o contacontes, per&ograve; tamb&eacute; &eacute;s bo que els m&eacute;s joves comparteixin les seves experi&egrave;ncies amb la gent gran per ajudar-los a sentir-se connectats amb el m&oacute;n actual.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Anar a programes o activitats organitzades per centres socials<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nTamb&eacute; hi ha associacions que organitzen tallers ocasionals el prop&ograve;sit dels quals no &eacute;s m&eacute;s que obligar els seus membres a xerrar amb aquells que s&#8217;asseuen al costat mentre fan alguna cosa que requereix una mica d&#8217;atenci&oacute; o destresa, per&ograve; no gaire.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fer una excursi&oacute;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nDepenent de l&#8217;estat f&iacute;sic i mental dels nostres ancians, vost&egrave; pot estar encantat amb el fet que vost&egrave; va en una petita excursi&oacute;, ja sigui organitzat o amb els seus membres de la fam&iacute;lia. En qualsevol cas, t&#8217;aconsellem que vagis acompanyat d&#8217;almenys un adult i familiar responsable, per donar m&eacute;s seguretat.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jocs de taula o cartes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nL&#8217;oferta de jocs de taula &eacute;s enorme. Alguns d&#8217;ells es poden simplificar per adaptar-los i que juguen a adults amb nens, nens amb avis o adults amb gent gran. S&oacute;n activitats per a <strong>gent gran i<\/strong> joves que estimulen diferents &agrave;rees cognitives d&#8217;una manera l&uacute;dica.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Llegir o fer mots encreuats<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nMai hem de deixar de llegir, especialment textos que requereixen una mica de comprensi&oacute; lectora. Aquest h&agrave;bit ajuda a preservar les capacitats cognitives. Per&ograve; si els teus pares mai han estat aficionats a lectures denses, no comen&ccedil;aran ara. Millor desafiar-los amb mots encreuats o autodefinides.<\/p>\n<p>Al final, les <strong>activitats per a la gent gran<\/strong> s&oacute;n les mateixes que per a tothom, rebaixant una mica el nivell de dificultat. Amb el pas dels anys, es rescaten jocs de taula com el pergam&iacute; o els m&eacute;s moderns com el Cat&aacute;n, o tens temps per gaudir de jocs de mus i tute. Si les articulacions ho permeten, ning&uacute; &eacute;s amarg sobre un ball, fins i tot es pot assegurar que mai &eacute;s massa tard per aprendre un altre.
