Especialment quan &eacute;s molt dif&iacute;cil o no es recomana per a ells sortir de la casa i caminar no &eacute;s una opci&oacute;.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Exercicis per a gent gran a casa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\nA continuaci&oacute; es mostra una taula d&#8217;exercici molt adequat per fer a casa perqu&egrave; la gent gran pot fer el seu <strong>gimn&agrave;stica de manteniment<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gimn&agrave;stica per a adults: exercici f&iacute;sic 1<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nCarry, sense for&ccedil;ar, cap endavant i enrere. A continuaci&oacute;, porteu l&#8217;orella i la barbeta a l&#8217;espatlla, lentament i fent una parada al centre. Finalment, moure el cap a ambd&oacute;s costats, en un moviment de negaci&oacute;, tamb&eacute; sense for&ccedil;ar.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gimn&agrave;stica per a adults: exercici f&iacute;sic 2<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nMentre estigui dempeus, separi les cames a l&#8217;al&ccedil;ada de l&#8217;espatlla, amb les mans a la cintura. Flexionar el tronc lateralment. Tornar al centre i repetir el moviment a l&#8217;altre costat. Amb 10 repeticions, aix&ograve; ser&agrave; suficient.<\/p>\n<p>Quan hagi acabat, posi la m&agrave; a la cintura, amb els peus junts, i girar els malucs fent cercles amb la pelvis altres 10 vegades.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gimn&agrave;stica per a adults: exercici f&iacute;sic 3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nEls genolls Flex amb els bra&ccedil;os estesos. Moveu el bra&ccedil; esquerre a la dreta, i el dret a l&#8217;esquerra amb cada cop m&eacute;s intensitat i ritme.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gimn&agrave;stica per a adults: exercici f&iacute;sic 4<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nSitueu 15 cent&iacute;metres de la part posterior d&#8217;una cadira, amb els peus separats. Doblegar la cintura i inclinar cap al respatller fins al voltant de 45 graus. Aixecar la cama, estirar cap enrere, lentament. Estada en aquesta posici&oacute; el m&eacute;s temps possible. Despr&eacute;s suaument baixar la cama, i repetir el mateix exercici amb l&#8217;altra cama. Idealment, 10 repeticions estan disponibles.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gimn&agrave;stica per a adults: exercici f&iacute;sic 5<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nMantenir un pes en cadascuna de les seves mans i amb els bra&ccedil;os en ambd&oacute;s costats. Aixeca els pesos cap a les espatlles i despr&eacute;s baixa&#8217;ls als costats, doblegant els bra&ccedil;os. Repetir l&#8217;exercici 10 vegades.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gimn&agrave;stica per a adults: exercici f&iacute;sic 6<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nSitueu les mans esteses en contra d&#8217;una paret, lentament baixar el cos per pujar-lo de nou.\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gimn&agrave;stica per a adults: exercici f&iacute;sic 7<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nSeure en un seient, inclinar-se cap endavant una mica i lentament pujar des del seient. A continuaci&oacute;, emp&egrave;nyer amb els bra&ccedil;os a peu, la respiraci&oacute;.
