Elaborant en la llar un procediment d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 i control personalitzat que li aporti la quantitat suficient de l\u00edquids diari.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">L&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua procedeix de tres fonts principals:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Del consum de l\u00edquids, incloses altres begudes a m\u00e9s d&#8217;aigua.<\/p>\n<p>De l&#8217;aigua continguda en els aliments s\u00f2lids. Per a aix\u00f2 tenim aliments com:<\/p>\n<p>Llet desnatada i semidesnatada, refrescos, gasoses, mel\u00f3, enciam, tom\u00e0quet, esp\u00e0rrecs, s\u00edndria, pebrots, card, alberg\u00ednia, coliflor, ceba que contenen entre un 90%-99% de l\u00edquids.<\/p>\n<p>Sucs, llet sencera, maduixes, fesols tendres, espinacs, pastanagues, pinya, cireres, ra\u00efms, taronges, iogurt. Entre un 80%-89% de l\u00edquids<\/p>\n<p>Pl\u00e0tans, patates, blat de moro, formatge fresc, peixos, pollastre, carns magres, olives 70-79%.<\/p>\n<p>Carns semiglasses, salm\u00f3, pit de pollastre 60-69%<br \/>\nMandonguilles, mortadel\u00b7la, pizzes 50-59%<br \/>\nPrunes, castanyes, formatges semi curats 40-49%<br \/>\nPa blanc, pa integral, pa de motlle, formatges curats, embotits, codony 30-39%<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Deshidrataci\u00f3 en les persones grans<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Per a moltes persones, especialment les persones majors, a vegades \u00e9s dif\u00edcil arribar a l&#8217;objectiu de 2 litres d&#8217;ingesta de l\u00edquids al dia, b\u00e9 per la seva incapacitat f\u00edsica que li dificulta l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;aigua, b\u00e9 per malalties cr\u00f2niques<\/p>\n<p>En moltes ocasions fins i tot s&#8217;eviten consumir l\u00edquids per por de la incontin\u00e8ncia, o a les dificultats de mobilitat que tenen per a poder despla\u00e7ar-se al bany. Aquests mals h\u00e0bits s&#8217;incrementen quan es troben fora de casa. Per aix\u00f2 en les persones majors l&#8217;aigua es converteix en una veritable necessitat a la qual cal prestar especial atenci\u00f3 i, en molts casos, \u00e9s fins i tot necessari prescriure el seu consum com si d&#8217;un medicament es tract\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Per qu\u00e8 presenten les persones majors alt risc de deshidrataci\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Al marge dels factors fisiol\u00f2gics que tots puguem con\u00e8ixer o un especialista ens pugui informar, tenim un altre factor de risc important, que est\u00e0 en mans dels seus cuidadors evitar, com s\u00f3n la limitaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a la beguda per:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Disminuci\u00f3 de la mobilitat.<br \/>\n\u2013 Problemes visuals.<br \/>\n\u2013 Alteracions cognitives que minven la capacitat comunicativa.<br \/>\n\u2013 Disminuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;olfacte i el gust<br \/>\n\u2013 Certs medicaments di\u00fcr\u00e8tics, laxants, sedants.<br \/>\n\u2013 Malalties agudes que cursen amb febre o les que dificulten el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;empassar o provoquen diarrea o v\u00f2mits.<br \/>\n\u2013 Por a la incontin\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 s&#8217;agreuja en entorns calorosos o humits.<br \/>\nTamb\u00e9 la deterioraci\u00f3 neurol\u00f2gica altera la funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;hipot\u00e0lem i la gl\u00e0ndula pitu\u00eft\u00e0ria, la qual cosa afecta negativament a la sensaci\u00f3 de la set i la regulaci\u00f3 dels fluids. Pacients amb un altre tipus de deterioracions neurol\u00f2giques com a dem\u00e8ncia o depressi\u00f3, presenten m\u00e9s risc de deshidrataci\u00f3, at\u00e8s que s\u00f3n incapaces de buscar aigua. Per aix\u00f2 es fa imprescindible un control de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, i la quantitat de l\u00edquids aportats di\u00e0riament a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aquesta o directament per la ingesta de l\u00edquids.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Requeriments de l\u00edquids per a persones majors per a mantenir una bona hidrataci\u00f3<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Existeixen diverses f\u00f3rmules per a estimar la hidrataci\u00f3 adequada per a les persones majors. Entre totes, la m\u00e9s utilitzada pels investigadors \u00e9s l&#8217;establerta per Chernoff, que estableix 1.500 ml\/dia per a tots els majors sense tenir en compte la seva ingesta cal\u00f2rica. Un altre est\u00e0ndard que no considera la talla ni l&#8217;edat \u00e9s un que determina 2.500 ml\/dia d&#8217;aigua ingerida a partir d&#8217;aliments i begudes, establint aix\u00ed un m\u00ednim de 1,500 ml de l\u00edquids al dia per a prevenir la deshidrataci\u00f3 entre les persones majors sense malalties agudes que resideixin en instal\u00b7lacions de cures a llarg termini.<br \/>\nAix\u00ed i tot, considerant el nombre de morts deguts a la deshidrataci\u00f3 durant l&#8217;onada de calor en l&#8217;estiu \u00e9s preferible en aquests moments beure per sobre dels est\u00e0ndards.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Signes de deshidrataci\u00f3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Existeixen signes obvis per al cl\u00ednic ben entrenat que identifiquen la deshidrataci\u00f3.<br \/>\nEls signes de deshidrataci\u00f3 s\u00f3n: pell des estructurada en el front; orina concentrada i de color intens (el color de l&#8217;orina es relaciona positivament amb la densitat de l&#8217;orina i l&#8217;osmolaritat i, per tant, amb l&#8217;estat d&#8217;hidrataci\u00f3); olig\u00faria; ulls enfonsats; abs\u00e8ncia d&#8217;humitat axil\u00b7lar; disminuci\u00f3 de la pressi\u00f3 sangu\u00ednia ortost\u00e0tica; taquic\u00e0rdia i sequedat de la mucosa de boca i nas.<\/p>\n<p>Per a moltes persones majors, la deshidrataci\u00f3 causa s\u00edmptomes de constipaci\u00f3 i confusi\u00f3 mental. La confusi\u00f3 mental \u00e9s un dels signes m\u00e9s constants, encara que menys conegut de la deshidrataci\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 es produeix a causa de la disminuci\u00f3 en el volum intracel\u00b7lular cerebral. Un altre signe \u00e9s l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 d&#8217;enrampades musculars i fatiga, que determina una deterioraci\u00f3 del rendiment per la disminuci\u00f3 del volum intracel\u00b7lular muscular.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\"> Estrat\u00e8gies per a mantenir una bona hidrataci\u00f3 en les persones grans<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e8xit de mantenir la hidrataci\u00f3 requereix una atenci\u00f3 continuada al voltant dels usuaris i el seu comportament diari. Els cuidadors han d&#8217;assegurar l&#8217;\u00e0mplia disponibilitat de begudes al llarg del dia i comprovar que aquestes s\u00f3n utilitzades. Per a aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha de tenir molt en compte les prefer\u00e8ncies dels majors. Aix\u00f2 inclou sucs, llet amb cereals, caf\u00e8 o te amb els menjars, refrescos i aigua al llarg de tot el dia.
